We do not take returns on cosmetic items. However, if your order is damaged we will offer a
replacement. please take a photo of damaged items and send an e-mail to our customer
service department.

All shipped packages will receive a tracking number and carrier information so you can be updated on when your items are scheduled to arrive. Items that have been confirmed as lost with the carrier will be replaced at no cost to the

Yes, Some products we sell may melt as a result of exposure to high temperatures. Simply allow to cool away from direct heat for 12-24 hours and use as directed.
